4 basic order of operations questions. The added challenge here is getting the learners to see the shortcuts in the multiplicative parts of these questions. e.g. (top right question)
4 ÷ 3 x 6 - 9 x 2 ÷ 6 + 4 x 3 =
4 divided by 3 may seem difficult, but if they spot that dividing a number by 3 and then multiplying by 6 has a net effect of multiplying by 2 then this becomes much easier.
