Origins of The Major World Religions - RE Scheme of Work and Lessons

This is a very popular scheme of work I cover with my year 7 groups as their first main topic after doing an Introduction to RE before the half term. It includes 10 lessons where each religion is studied in chronological order. I start it following the October half term as it leads nicely into Christmas (when covering origins of Christianity) and then it continues in January. There are two assessments included with assessment sheets and structure strips to help with the extended writing. Also included is a subject learning plan which gives an overview of the topic. I always wish I had more time on this and so it may be that it could be padded out and done over a few more lessons.
