This is a fully differentiated lesson looking at the beginning of Act Two in the play Othello. The lesson looks at the character of Iago and his plot against the Cassio. The lesson allows learners to gain a good understanding of his plan and his power to manipulate those around him. The lesson doesn’t require and additional printing or resources and can be used both for online and face-to-face teaching. The lesson also uses a model response and a cloze passage to help learners understand how to write an exam response and consolidate their understanding.
