Outstanding lesson Maths Perimeter Ancient Egypt

I used this lesson plan for a job interview for Year 4 but you could easily adpat it for other year groups.
It links finding perimeter using efficient methods of multiplying and some problem solving. If you know the perimeter, can you find the sides.
The handout I gave the children was a photocopy of a worksheet I had stained with tea bags and burnt the edges to make it look old!
