OCR A Level Biology A lesson on PAG 6 - Chromatography. This is one of the lessons to meet the specification points for 2.1.2 Biological Molecules.

Objectives for this lesson:

Describe the principles and uses of paper and thin layer chromatography to separate biological molecules/compounds.
Analyse the paper chromatography and calculate the Rf value for each amino acid.
Interpret the results to identify the amino acids present in the solution.
