Pancake Day Gymnastic Activity/Pancake Race Warm Up

I was one of the kids you see tumbling ‘Head Over Heels’ cartwheeling along the road and this enthusiasm never left me. Leading to a career teaching gymnastics where, along the way, I have learnt a great number of hints and tips that I use every day teaching the sport and running courses for teachers. I hope to share my knowledge with as many people as possible through resources, books, apps and DVD’s. I hope you and your pupils get as much enjoyment from our products as we have had making them.
