Partner Picking Student Grouping Shapes

If you are looking for a fun and easy way to group your students then this is it! :) These can work for any grade level and will add an element of excitement to your random student groupings and partners.

These random groupings can be used for any classroom activity whether it is reading, math, games or paired work of any kind.

There are 30 cards in this shape pack so this will suit a class of up to 30 students.

This is in groups of 3 however if you have an odd number and need one group of two with your groups of three, then it will still work.

How to use:
Cut and laminate each card for durability.
Mix them up and place them in a container or bowl.
Students close their eyes and choose a card or the class teacher could hand out a card to each student.
Students then find their partners for their small group activity.

Square, circle, triangle, rectangle, rhombus, oval, trapezoid, pentagon, hexagon and octagon making a total of 30 cards and 10 groups of 3.
