Passport to Year 1 - Transition Writing Activity

This was used to get to know my new class on our 'Meet the Teacher&' day. It needs to be double-sided and folded like a book. The children draw their face on the front like a real passport photo, and inside tell you some things about themselves. I used it as a short, fun writing activity to help me gauge their writing abilities and level of support needed, then also used them as a nice welcome display at the start of the new school year.
