2 theory lessons on DNA profiling techniques- one on PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and one on gel electrophoresis and southern blotting. Used for SNAB Edexcel A level Biology, but may also be useful for other boards. Gel electrophoresis required practical materials sold separately.
