A short but very fun 3-week dance project based around the Wild Rumpus from Where the Wild Things Are.
Plans include: warm up, skill development and application, curriculum links and learning intentions.
Plans are to be used a skeleton for the basic progression but inspiration and specific dance ideas will be led by the pupils.
Disappointed at my very first resource purchase. Very brief. Uninspiring. Equal to the student lesson plans I see as a mentor. Sorry. Work in a group to make up a sequence.... really???? And you charge for such inspiration?

Hello, I'm sorry to have disappointed you. The resource is not supposed to have the depth for a teacher to use it solely as their inspiration - it is a skeleton of the progression of skills in a dance routine that I would expect an experienced teacher to be able to build upon. 'Work in a group to make up a sequence" requires no further explanation or instruction as this activity is to be led by the pupils and from their creative ideas so I cannot predict what they will come up with!
My reason for charging is on the premise that I am saving a teacher time and allowing them to see the progression of dance skills over a few weeks - I would have put it on for a lower price but TES only allows £2 as the lowest! I appreciate it is a short, vague plan but I made this clear in the preview pictures so that purchasers are aware of what they are buying.
Moving forward, I would appreciate it if you kept you were more constructive with your feedback, which is a skill I am sure you have acquired as a mentor.
Thank you.
