The following activities can be used in community or school settings with minimal resources. A recommendation would be 30-45 minute session with the activities able to fill a minimum 6-week scheme of learning or longer if establishing routines and fundamentals.
Resources used for these exercises:
• Cones
• Rugby balls
• Tag rugby belts and tags
• Hoola-hoops
• Spot markers
• Small hurdles or other obstacles (can be found items).
The highlighted activities are a recommended starting session with variations available to develop and challenge based on age, ability and progress.
