Use the Powerpoint and/or your binder as part of whole class practice, when working with small groups of children or individual children. These resources are most effective when your are teaching these sounds as part of integrated approach to teaching literacy. It serves as a way to build awareness in children of the key phonemes. After a while they will start noticing these in their books and it will help with developing better strategies for spelling.
