A fantastic, interactive powerpoint game to help children prepare for the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check. It features Zac, one of the Primary Magic characters, and his friend Zog the alien. Zac invites the children to help Zog find his missing alien words by sorting the real and alien words in a ‘treasure and trash’ type game.
This resource can be used as a whole class activity, small groups, or could be used by children to practice independently.
