Includes a starter task about chopping boards, which you can use as a discussion point whilst waiting for students to join your lesson.
Pizza toast practical allows for plenty of discussion from the various toppings to cooking method of grilling.
There is a plenary if you have time, to discuss the sections of the Eatwell plate that pizza toast falls into.
