1. Write the correct prefix before each word ending. Which word is the odd one out?

2. Use a dictionary to find as many un-, dis- and mis- words as you can. Add the words you have found to the mind maps below. Use a pencil and ruler to draw arrows to the words you find.

3. Draw 3 columns with the headings shown below. Add un-, dis- and mis- words to the first column.

Then write the associated root word in the second column. Lastly write how the meaning of the word changes when you add the prefix, in the third column.
