This detailed 22 page PSHE / RSE workbook and one-hour PowerPoint based lesson have been created for the new PSHE / RSE and Health 2020 Statutory Guidance (specifically to cover health and wellbeing as well as families and relationships).
The lesson includes a detailed one-hour PowerPoint, various differentiated activities, clip task, information sheets and literacy tasks.
The booklet is differentiated and great for recording progress in PSHE. It’s easy to print and editable (as it comes in a portrait-version ready to print PowerPoint as well as a PDF version) - so you can always amend it for your students. This could be left as cover (as appropriate to the class and cover teacher) as there’s nothing explicit on the relationships side of things and all of the terminology is carefully explained. No internet access needed, all information included.
Also included:
Signposting for further help and advice
Progress checkers
Whole School literacy activities
Creative activities
Editable, optional assessment pack (with an example of how to fill it in, as shown as a healthy lives assessment)
There is a PowerPoint lesson pack which can be used in conjunction with this workbook (although you don’t need to use them together, each pack is discrete), which can be found here: Unhealthy + Controlling Relationships
