This is a complete slide deck for a GCSE lesson on William Wordsworth’s poem, The Prelude.
I created this lesson for my Set 4 Year 10 class and used an I, We, check for understanding, You structure to help support pupils to move from dependence - interdependence - independence for the lesson.
The focus of the lesson is analysing the structure of the Prelude and the impact on the reader.
The lesson culminates with a GCSE style question, which I have also completed myself (Slide 1).
The notes are extremely detailed (including clear instructions, expected answers, probing questions and success criteria).
