So often we see students who lose marks due to uncorrected mistakes, poor grammar, poorly organized sentences and incorrect punctuation. Whilst it is often clear to us that many such mistakes could have been corrected by proofreading, students themselves seem to be unwilling or unable to do this for their own work.

This pack contains 20 proofreading worksheets with a mix of both fiction and non-fiction extracts. These aim to help support students to proofread effectively, along with allowing them to become familiar with doing so.

Sheets can be used as part of a lesson or also make great starter activities.
