20 QR codes for a fitness lesson - most of which are body weight.
The QR codes that need equipment are:
QR 8: Box Jumps (a box/bench or alternative to jump on: alternative step ups)
QR 9: Wall Walk (a wall)
QR 11: a bench (for bench dips)
QR 12: skipping (skipping ropes)
QR 17: Wall Sit (a Wall)
You may want access to gym mats for a few of the exercises but not essential.
Also included: recording sheets for 20/10 excersises. Instructions included - use a tabata timer to move to time pupils for work/rest ratio.
