A small set of starters (or plenaries) to actively promote mental wellness in your students. These small activities are designed to help prompt positivity and ownership of behaviours and attitudes with easy to do activities based on CBT techniques. These are easy to apply to your sessions, can be used as tutorials or to help overcome anxiety in the build up to assessments or exams.
