Taking students step-by-step through detailed analysis.
I have used this with Grade 3/4 learners to show what is required to get them safely into a successful Grade - I think the visual really puts it into perspective for them.
This is not my original idea, but I have added my own spin to it and would love others to get as much success from it as I have.
