This download contains 27 worksheets each focusing on the characters from Rebecca by Daphne du Maurier.
Each set of worksheets is designed to prompt an in depth engagement with characterisation, encouraging inference throughout. Students can work through the activities independently using the task instructions to guide them.
These activities are ideal for CIE IGCSE Literature in English and KS5, but can be used for any class studying the novel.

- Quotes - Students examine key quotes relating to each character, analysing the writer’s methods and effect on the reader.
- Themes - Students identify links between each character and the themes in the novel, using a hexagon organiser.
The characters included for each worksheet type are:
- Maxim de Winter

I love this resource. It's simple, its aesthetic is lovely, and there's plenty of space for students to write. Thanks a bunch. Will keep an eye out for more!
