I originally trained and taught as a Primary school teacher in the UK for several years before moving to The Caribbean. I was given the opportunity to teach my favorite subject (Math) at a Secondary level (middle and high school; G7-11) and jumped at the chance. I aim to make resources which are: 1. Simple but effective - the most important aspect of a teaching resource is that it works. 2. Dynamic - I believe in changing it up! 3. Repetition - students need to regularly repeat key skills.
Recognise mixed numbers and improper fractions and convert from one form to the other activity sheets.
Each worksheet comes with a help sheet and answer sheet. Includes pictorial representation tasks to help children understand concepts as well as developing their fluency in the methods.
