These printable no prep 40 individual reframing my self-talk cards can be used effectively to work with elementary, primary and middle school students who are stuck in a negative mindset and need to reframe how they see situations.

The cards all have situations the students may find themselves in and a prompt to look at reframing their self-talk. They can be used as a whole class daily activity to promote an attitude of gratitude or with individuals.

Each card has a printable back design as well so when laminated they are easy to recognize.

Print them half size for a more effective use of paper or black and white for a more cost-effective printing option.
