This is a fully differentiated lesson looking at the poem, The Destruction of Sennacherib by Lord Byron. The lesson enables learners to gain a detailed understanding of the context surrounding the battle as well as information regarding Lord Byron and the Romantic poets.
The lesson looks at key details within the poem and help learners to analyse language, structure and form. There are many opportunities for AFL as well as a exam-style question.
