BTEC Dance - NEW 2022 Prep Unit - Unit on a page

This unit on a page provides an overview of the content for the SoW by the same name. It is a handy display tool for curriculum areas, as well as being useful for students to gain an understanding of the learning they will cover.

It is broken down into several areas including; key words, activities covered, health and safety warnings, prior learning, assessment, cross-curricular links, content covered and much more. Some content is specifically related to my school, however I will attach a working document so this can be edited as you wish.

Please note - this is not a component 1 unit on a page, it is simply a preparatory unit which I have designed to prepare students for their assessed components. This is not verified by an examination board, it is simply my interpretation and knowledge as a professional practitioner of dance. I have also created a student work booklet and SoW, which directly complements this unit on a page.
