Success Criteria:

Restaurant situations:
- allergies to lactose, milk, gluten, wheat, nuts etc.
- dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, no pork etc.)
- fully-booked restaurant
- long wait for food to be served
- items missing from an order
- problem with the taste of the food/ cooking
- complimenting the chef, expressing satisfaction with the food
- asking for directions to the bathroom
- problems with the bill/ check
