Social, emotional and well-being activities to support schools during COVID-19.

This resource is intended to support pupils and staff in secondary schools, now and as they return to school. The activities follow the themes of the RESTORE framework, curated by a restorative collective of researchers, practitioners and school leaders in the light of COVID-19. These can be used in form-time, PSHE or RE.

The RESTORE themes are [Recognition, Empathy, Safety, Trauma, Opportunity, Relationships, Engagement]. The resources contain a structure for facilitating the activities in a circle, and activity ideas for each theme. There is also some support for handling sensitive and controversial issues.

There is a primary and secondary resource. Both are free to download.

Visit www.restoreourschools.com to find out more about the RESTORE framework and to read the background papers, methods and blogs associated with it.
