In my last two interviews I have been asked to produce 10 minute presentations. The latest of which was on improving retention on BTEC L3. on the presentation there are alot of generalised about how interventions in the social and acedemic shpere can help retention. As well as the importance of postivie student-teacher relationships and what technogoly and social networking can offer in the future. Good luck and let me know you found it helpful
