Retrieval Strategies/Activities

A presentation I have used to deliver CPD to staff on a wide range of retrieval tasks. Over 30 tasks included with a bonus table of tasks at the end. The main 30 are all set up and colour coded ready to copy and paste into your lesson, simply change the topics/questions/keywords and off you go.

Activities can all be done in a number of ways - mini white boards, written in books, discussed, think pair share, etc. Activity colour codes can represent a number of variables depending on your preference - time content was learned (last lesson, last week, last term), difficulty of topics (simple, moderate, complex), or different numbers of marks.

All have been set up in this presentation with PE examples but can be very easily adapted to work in any subject area.
