This is a lesson I taught to help my year 10 class revise the first 6 poems in the AQA power and conflict section of the anthology.
The revision activities were run as a carousel with 6 minutes per activity (1 minute to read the instructions and 5 minutes on the activity). Pupils were encouraged to try activities which were different to ones they had done before and then took away resources at the end of the lesson to continue their revision independently. These activities could be applied to several texts.
