Monthly calendar from January to July 2023 (can easily be amended) with a range (27) of mini/short activity ideas for formtimes. Students add their name and activity based on how they would like to contribute a student centred activity for their formgroup. Students can do this collaboratively online by booking dates or it could be stuck on a wall for students to physically sign up for. This has already been set up for dates within Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
