This is a fully differentiated lesson helping learners understand how writers craft language to create vivid descriptions for their readers. The lesson looks at a key extract from the novel, Matilda and includes a model response to an exam-style question.

All of my lessons have been tried and tested by my own groups and can be taught either face-to-face or remotely.
