This board game focuses on the science surrounding Rocks & Minerals of the Earth(Minerals, elements, compounds, crystals, silicates, luster, streak, cleavage, fracture, hardness, density, magnetism,surface mining, metallic minerals, gemstones, rocks, rock cycle, erosion, deposition, metamorphic, sedimentary, igneous, magma, composition, texture, intrusive, extrusive strata, clastic, chemical sedimentary, stratification, organic, contact, regional metamorphism, etc.) and the scientific method.
The game is designed for groups of three students at each station. Simply print the 30 game cards and game board. The students read off the cards and after a correct response, the player moves their paper clip until reaching the finish line. This is a great way to reinforce vocabulary and review before exams.
