RWI Speed Sounds Set 2

Key stage 1 and 2 (lower): Reinforces and supports the RWI Speed Sound Set 2. Ask the children to find the speed sound from the speed sound card pack to introduce/reinforce the sound. Children to count the phonemes using their fingers and place the sound buttons on the words. They will then be asked to look at the word, cover, spell and check in the box below. Children to highlight the sound from other sounds. Choose four words and write a sentence for each (extend sentences using frontal adverbials, noun phrases etc depending on ability).
