This is an 8 lesson power point that split into 4 part lessons, the unit cover safe handling of food as well as looking at presentation when completing practical sessions.
They can be altered and additions can be made. Recipes can be changed to suit the ability of the pupils . I have used this with both year 8 and Year 9. Could be used as part of Level 1/2 catering.
