See 3 Before Me - A positive behaviour management strategy that encourages children to make mature decisions about independent working. ‘See 3 Before Me’ means that students should seek support from their partner, someone on their table, another student in the room, and then finally the teacher if they still need help. This allows positive relationships to build between peers and teachers to manage the classroom efficiently. Students adopt positive habits in which they support each other and seek answers independently without relying too deeply on the teacher’s supervision.
