This power point was created to show how SEND Learners can be individually tracked ensuring clear targets and monitoring. The rationale is explained, and this can be delivered to SEN specialist teams or adapted for Faculties / Departments / Pastoral Teams. The CPD has been spilt into two sections which include:
1 - To embed a tracking system to monitor progress 8 leading to a robust and measurable intervention programme for SEN students in Years 7 – 11.
2 – To maximise outcomes through developing SEN Teaching and Learning provision, including the use of LSA’s.
