This flowchart is designed to show parents and staff the school’s process for identifying and supporting pupils with additional needs.
The document follows the graduated response (Assess, Plan, Do, Review) and moves between four stages:
Stage One: Quality First Teaching,
Stage Two: SENCO Involvement
Stage Three: SEND Register and Support Plan
Stage Four: EHCP
