This SEND Self-Evaluation Form (SEF) resource is broken down into categories, including SEND Leadership, Quality of Teaching and Learning, Working with Parents, Assessment and Identification, Monitoring, Tracking and Evaluation, Efficient Use of Resources and Pupil Perspectives.
This fully editable word document resource is useful for a special educational needs and/or disabilities co-ordinator, as well as those line managing a SENDCo or for the senior leadership team to assess the quality of provision provided. This may also be a good tool to use with a SEND link governor or the wider governing body.
