This activities are designed for use as a starter or a plenary activity in a Religious Education lesson. They also have the potential to be used as an activity during a registration/tutorial period. For maximum effect they should be used on an interactive board or large screen display. The whole presentation contains 64 slides.
There are two sets of 10 questions. In each of the sets the 10 questions has 4 possible answers, one correct and 3 incorrect. Pupils can click on (or can indicate verbally and teacher can “mouse-click” on their selection). An alternative method is to ask the 10 questions and then use the hyperlinks to mark pupils responses. Hyperlinks are embedded in the black arrows on each slide

A number of errors in Judaism include age of Jewish girl at Bat Mitzvah is 12 NOT teenage prayer for the dead in Judaism is KADDISH, not "Kiddush" and should not include image of man holding cup of wine (which is for the Kiddush, anyway)

Unfortunately there are a number of errors on the questions / answers, for example in Judaism there was a question asking the name of the prayer said for the dying/dead. The correct name is "Kaddish", and the name given in the Powerpoint is "Kiddush" - which is a blessing over wine, and there was a picture of a Jewish person holding a cup of wine. In the author's "Christianity try for 10" resource it incorrectly states Mark as the first book of the New Testament. the correct answer in Matthew. It also give "OOPS" as the response to all 4 answers in another Christianity question. There are other errors but these are the first ones I have seen.
