This Social Enquiry curriculum is based on a 35 week school year, dependent on available lessons per week, with room for extending time to complete work. Its design to support students with ASD and ADHD. The curriculum and lesson plans are designed to give a full outline for the lesson yet encourages social communication skills, leaving time to enable students to answer and contribute to the lessons. the aim is to enable students to gather the skills enabling them to contribute or call upon social abilities in public settings. Whilst supporting this aspect, it is also designed to give students skills required to continue education, whether thats to advance to college or moving through senior/high school. This pack includes lesson outline plans, allowing for creative freedom along with external links and resources to help support learning. References are linked to individual items.
