This PDF contains over 100 questions on linear equations without brackets.
I used this for all classes.
At KS3 I may only use the first half of each question and allow the more able student to attempt the second half.
At KS4 I used it for revision and simply asked students to go down one column.
Each set of questions gets progressively harder and answers.
Question 1 - 26 parts of the form ax = b - latter answers include negatives
Question 2 - 26 parts of the form a + x = b or a - x = b - latter answers include negative
Question 3 - 26 parts of the form ax + b = c or even b - ax = c - latter answers include negatives
Question 4 - 26 parts of the form ax + b = cx + d and harder - latter answers include negatives.
Answers are included.
