READ IT (1) - is a 26 page workbooklet with many practical every day reading tasks designed for special education needs students. READ IT is all about communicating with those around us in a range of ways. It is useful to be confident in using reading in everyday situations so that when it happens, students already have some ideas of what to do. Picking out key words, headings and ideas in notes, pictures, videos and text helps us all to quickly understand what key messages are.
