Squares, Cubes, and Roots Lesson and Cross Number Activity

Suitable for both KS3 and KS4. The lesson is fully differentiated featuring a starter, main and plenary with plenty of examples and practice questions for pupils to work through, The puzzle allows pupils to revise the concept of squares, cubes and roots in a fun and engaging way. There is a mix of easy and sightly more difficult questions to appropriately challenge all pupils. Can be used as part of a classroom activity, homework, or cover lesson. There are also answers included which can be projected on the screen to allow pupils to self-assess their own responses.
