This is a really nice plenary to use after teaching the stages of meiosis. It has a series of images (diagrams, fluorescence microscopy and light microscopy) from the stages of meiosis, including interphase 1 and 2. The images are all at the start of the power point with the answers at the end.
This works really well as a group quiz, where students discuss and decide the stage of meiosis based upon the position of the chromosomes.
