This quick worksheet can be used as a starter or plenary. It includes deliberate mistakes in stem and leaf diagrams.
The worksheet contains two columns for students to provide their answers. In the first column the students are required to explain the mistake in the stem and leaf diagram (good for Literacy). In the second box they need to create the correct stem and leaf diagram for the corresponding question.
The first question I adapted from another TES user (if it is your question, let me know and I will give acknowledgement). The second question was one which I created.
My solutions are provided in the document as well.
