These leadership ladders have been created to help students develop leadership skills across the following areas:
- Communication
- Organisation and self management
- Teamwork
- Confidence
The ladders shows a hierarchy of attributes that students should aim to develop and offers some ideas of how they can develop these progressively in lessons.
