This booklet includes all the reactions on the Chem5 specification of inorganic ions which includes the transition metals. The ions are: Co2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Cr3+ and Al3+
For each metal ion, students need to complete a scheme of reactions that involves them identifying the formula, shape, diagram, bond angles and co-ordination number of each complex formed.
Following a key, they also write an equation underneath for each reaction.
The final page covers the applications of transition metal compounds: cis-platin, Tollen's reagent and haemoglobin.
This is the only time I have seen a resource that puts all of this information together.
