SVQ2 HSC218 Support Individuals With Their Personal Care Needs: Case Studies.
2 case studies (one male- minimal assist with a relative who is a child also in care, and one female- maximum assist). The report is 36 pages. The case studies conform to the performance criteria and knowledge and understanding evidence numbers of the unit and reference Health and Social Care Standards, legislation, policies, regulations and guidance on best practice throughout. The carers’, clients’ and care home identities are anonymized for confidentiality.

There is also a 4 page reflective report on knowledge, skills and practice as relating to the role of a support workers and as linked to performance criteria and knowledge and understanding evidence numbers of the unit.
